met with several realtors when we were ready to list the house and Danny's
presentation made it clear that he
was the person to sell our house.
Danny is personable and knowledgeable, and presented a very professional

had done his homework before we ever met in person. He had the listings
of other houses in the
that had sold recently. and
also current listings. Danny had the number of days it took to sell the
houses and how close
they sold to list price. He gave us a market analysis at our first meeting. Other realtors wanted to get back to us the next day.

to his listing price. That was important
to us because we wanted to price our house
fairly so it would sell quickly, buy also for the most money we could
